Official Rules: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  The Sweepstakes is sponsored by NextRoll, Inc. ("NextRoll") and is open to residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years of age, and complete the online entry form ("Entries").   Entries must be received by Sponsor between 1/13/22 12:01 am PST and 3/1/22 11:59 pm PST.  Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means or by means which subvert the entry process are void. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.  Void where prohibited.  By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to abide by these terms, including all eligibility requirements, and understand that the results of the Sweepstakes and the interpretation of these terms by NextRoll are final in all respects. Potential winners will be selected by NextRoll in a random drawing on or about 3/1/22 from among all eligible Entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received.   Potential winners will be contacted via email or social media and may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a publicity release (except where prohibited), and a liability release within five (5) days of date of issuance.  Return of a prize or prize notification as undeliverable, failure to sign and return requested documentation within the specified time period, the inability of NextRoll to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period or noncompliance with these rules by a potential winner will result in disqualification and, at NextRoll's sole discretion, the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner.  5 winners will each receive a $100 visa gift card.  Winners are responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. NextRoll will own all rights to all entry submissions and by entering you are granting NextRoll (and each of their respective affiliates and agents) the right to utilize your name, likeness, and information in the Entries for NextRoll marketing and publicity purposes. NextRoll has the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, including cancellation of the Sweepstakes, if any fraud, technical failures, human error, force majeure event, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the contest, which will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. NextRoll may substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its own discretion. To obtain a winners list, email jill.brock@nextroll.com within 6 months from the close of the entry period.
